Adding a QMSCAPA Form to the DCI

Menu Option

Browse Logs > 4) Document Control Index

Click on the Add button to enter a new document to the DCI.

Enter the Report Builder File Name into the DCI form, which will allow the user to select the Report Form in the CAPA window.
