The Monitoring and Measuring Device form includes fields for Calibration Frequency and Maintenance Frequency. Both fields have look-up validation tables. Each entry in the look-up table contains an option for intervals in day. Therefore, when a calibration or maintenance record is entered into the Calibration and Maintenance Journal the 'next date to schedule' may be automatically calculated.
