1)Use the Copy Checklist button to create a new or modified version of an Checklist. The highlighted Check list will be copied. 2)To print a checklist first highlight a Checklist record and then click on the Checklist Form print button.
Checklist may be further customized using the QMSCAPA Report Builder.
