QMSCAPA provides an easy way to index electronic records that are stored on a computer network and/or server.
The Records Control Index may be accessed from the Icon Bar or from the Browse Logs main menu option.
(A) In the table image above, the System Id refers to an identification number for an ISO Management System. The identification is user controlled. One or more management systems may be reference within the Records Control Index. (B) The Records Control Index may be filtered and printed by a selected System Id. (C) All entries in the Records Control Index may be printed.
