Return Material Authorization (RMA) information may be recorded into the Customer Complaint Table and Customer Complaint Form.
Customer Compliant Form
(A) The RMA Number field is linked to a look-up table that provides an automatically generated unique number. (B) The Return Location Id field is linked to a look-up table of Other Locations (aka Ship To locations). (C) Comments may be recorded that are specific to the RMA.
